Looney 4 Balloons, Inc. has been creating beautiful balloon creations since 2001.
Our creations are made by our very own Allana (aka Zaney Lainie). In 2002 Allana became a CBA (certified balloon artist) and has been non-stop decorating, balloon twisting and building balloon sculptures ever since. Balloons are so expressive with their vibrant colors and variety of balloons to choose from. They are sure to enhance any event being held.
We decorate for special events like birthday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16, Quinceareas, special celebrations, baby showers, trade show booths, corporate functions, bridal showers and weddings. We will meet you for a free consultation at your work, home or a local coffee shop (drinks on us). We will look through our idea book and create that special one of a kind event for you.
Looney 4 Balloons also creates beautiful balloon arrangements and balloon sculptures for delivery. We have a variety of arrangements to choose from, or create your own. See our "Balloon arrangement" page for more details. We also create fun enhancements for the bouquets like baby rattles, swirlies, silly faces, and so much more.

All of our latex balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float. Hi-Float extends the life of your latex balloons.
We use "Bubble Balloons"..... Bubble balloons are made from a "stretchy, see through plastic" and features fun innovative designs. Life of a bubble balloon is longer than a foil balloon.
