1.) Find the arrangement style you would like to send on the arrangement page.
2.) Go to the balloon choices page and choose the balloons (Bubbles, latex or foils) for your bouquet
3.) Fill out the information below and press send.
4.) Receive a Pay Pal invoice from us (Looney 4 Balloons, Inc)
5.) Make your online payment to Pay Pal.
6.) Once payment is confirmed, delivery will be made to your honoree.
