This event was held in Hills Park in Summerlin.... This event is held annually to raise funds for the Pug rescue in Las Vegas. Looney 4 Balloons is a sponsor of a Pug group that meets monthly at a local park and we are just dog-gone crazy about Pugs... Our booth at this event donated 100% of the proceeds made this day for the SNPR...
As you can see we stayed with a Pug theme for the day.... We painted faces so the children could be human Pugs for the day. We created a special Pug balloon for this event it was made into a hat or a figure the customers had a choice.
