You or a friend could be one of the next victims of Looney 4 Balloons many costume characters.
Our list of costume characters include: Grim Reaper, Scooter the Clown, Zaney Lainie the clown, Can of Soup for get wells, big fluffy stork (cute), big baby, jester, cupid, elf, white fluffy kitty/bunny, Mr or Mrs White Trash, Cabby ole man or woman.
As we create new designs we will add them to the list. All the costumes listed above are tasteful enough to be delivered at work, home, parties, restaurants, etc....... Check below for more risqué costume deliveries.
Each delivery includes: 1 balloon arrangement, a special party favor depending on the costume, 1 party horn, 1 Polaroid photo, 1 greeting card that specially holds the honorees special occasion photo, silly singing telegram/or small greeting depends on character....
